—Your $50 enrollment fee includes two Recovery credits to use toward our recovery services.

—Unused membership credits roll over for up to 180 days. Recovery credits are valid for 90 days.

—Member pricing applies to all services in your membership type, plus discounts on all our other services.

—Add one designated person to your membership (your +1) at any time. Your +1 pays their own enrollment fee. If you change your +1, the new person is subject to an enrollment fee.

—Freeze your membership once per year for up to 3 months.

—Your membership automatically renews unless canceled.

—Cancel anytime after your 3rd credit has posted.

—After cancellation, accrued unused membership credits expire in 180 days, and unused Recovery credits expire in 90 days.

—Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
