Your recovery, your way

On its own, before, during, or after your massage.

Come in for the recovery services by themselves, or stack any service on to the massage you already book.

Before

Warm up and settle in

Red light to warm up the body, or PEMF to settle in and find your focus areas before you get on the table.

The last 10 minutes

A cryo finish

Cold, focused, and quick, applied right where you point. Add it to any Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Sports massage of 80 minutes or longer.

After

A full-body hug

Compression. A slow, rhythmic squeeze that lets you stay in that post-massage state a little longer. 50 or 100 minutes.

FAQ

Questions people ask at the front desk

We'd rather you read it here than find it out later.

How do credits work?

Each service takes a set number of credits, listed on the menu above. A 10-minute red light is 1 credit; a 100-minute full-body compression is 6.

Do I need a membership?

No. Pay per visit, buy a pack, or join. Three doors to the same room.

Can I add recovery to my massage?

Yes, and it's the best way to do it. Red light or PEMF before, cryo finish during, compression after. Tell us when you book and we'll build the block.

What should I wear?

Whatever you're comfortable in. A few things to know:

  • Red light: come with clean skin, no makeup, lotion, sunscreen, or essential oils. We'll give you protective eyewear to wear the whole session.
  • PEMF: you stay fully clothed. Phones, watches, and anything electronic stay outside the room.
  • Compression: the garment goes on over your clothes. Skip the jewelry, belts, or anything hard in your pockets.
Is there an age minimum?

Recovery services are for ages 14 and up. PEMF is 18 and up, with no exceptions. Guests under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to sign the intake form and stay on the premises for the entire session.

Do credits expire?

Membership credits and packs are good for 90 days from issue. Oldest credits are used first, automatically.

I have a medical condition. Is this for me?

Every guest fills out one intake form before their first session. Each service has its own safety limits. These aren't a judgment about your health. Some conditions mean we can't provide a service, and some just need a note from your doctor first. Once that note is on file, you won't need it again unless something changes.

A limit on one service doesn't rule out the others. Tap a service to see its list. If you're not sure, ask your doctor. If they're comfortable with it, we'd love to have you.
