About BOA Compression

You'll step into a full-body compression garment connected to our BOA Max 2 system. The garment inflates and releases in a rhythmic, sequential pattern — moving from your feet upward through your legs, hips, and arms — designed to support circulation and help your body feel recovered between workouts or long days on your feet.

Sessions are fully clothed, non-invasive, and require no downtime. Many clients use it as a stand-alone recovery session or pair it with a massage or another recovery service.

More details

BOA Select 50

A 50-minute compression session focused on the legs and lower body — a good fit if you're short on time or targeting recovery after leg day, a run, or a long day standing.

How it works: The compression garment cycles through the lower-body zones for the full 50 minutes. What to expect:Wear comfortable clothing. You'll relax in the garment for the full session — many clients read, nap, or just decompress.Best for: Clients wanting a shorter, targeted recovery session, or anyone new to compression therapy.

BOA Full Body 100

Our most complete compression session, covering legs, hips, and arms in one extended sequence.

How it works: The 100 minutes of program time runs in two halves — 50 minutes in the first garment, a quick swap, then 50 minutes in the second — so the full body gets covered without cutting either half short. What to expect: Plan for a bit of extra time at the appointment for the garment swap; the 100 minutes is real hands-off program time. Best for:Athletes, clients training regularly, or anyone wanting the most thorough compression session available.
